Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance but if your plan has out-of-network benefits you can be reimbursed for our sessions. I can help you navigate the insurance process, and will provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

For those people who do not have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to work out a sliding scale fee, determined by a variety of financial factors.

What happens if I cancel a session?

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for full payment of session.

How long does therapy take?

I believe therapy is a unique process for each person. For some, you may need immediate help and support in a crisis situation, and once we have worked to resolve the initial crisis you may choose to stop meeting. For others, therapy can be a wide-ranging exploration of self and identity, and this can last longer-term. I will consistently check in with you to assess your needs and to make sure our work remains meaningful.
